How much do Alternate Solutions services cost?

Our prices vary by service and range from $30/hour to $100/hour. We charge per hour, per month, or per project: we will find what works best for you, and each option has its own applicable benefits.

Per hour is defined by services provided with no further obligation from you.
Per month: There is a three month minimum requirement, and we require a non-refundable retainer fee of $175 that is applied to your account balance in the third month. All services are discounted by 15% off of their regular hourly rate with a 4 hour per month minimum.
Per project: There is a minimum requirement of three (3) services and a 10% project discount applied directly to the project total.

What are the cost benefits of using Alternate Solutions?

Did you know that the real cost of hiring full time employees is 2 - 2½ times their salary if you add up the prices of unemployment, 401K, disability, etc.? If you choose to hire a part-time or full-time employee instead of working with Alternate Solutions, you will soon realize that your costs and obligations increase considerably. When you choose to work with Alternate Solutions, you will discover that your choice has led you to professionals who understand your needs.

How do I get started with Alternate Solutions?

• When you are ready to start with your project, contact us either by phone or e-mail, and we will call you to discuss your project. We will give you a one hour FREE consultation to discuss your business history, how you got started, then we will discuss how your new project needs to fit into your master plan.
• Once we get to know your business and we have a clear picture of what you need, we will calculate the anticipated amount of time it will take for us to complete your project and we will email you an estimate. We will also send you a Service Agreement to sign - this is a simple formality to protect each other's rights. This marks the beginning of a successful relationship between you and Alternate Solutions.
• As soon as we receive your signed Service Agreement and your deposit, we will begin to work on your project and communicate/submit projects via e-mail, unless requested otherwise. From that point on, you will be able to send your work requests to us in any way you choose, usually by e-mail or fax.

If a project includes a lot of printed back-up material, you may want to send it via courier or express mail. If your work involves routine tasks, all you have to do is send us an e-mail or pick up the phone and call us with your requests. You will receive an invoice at the end of every month for work completed.
